Frosty and Baconator just got a new friend at Wendys—the S’Awesome Bacon Classic and S’Awesome Fries!
The S’Awesome Bacon Classic is loaded with fresh, never frozen beef, three strips of Applewood smoked bacon, melty American cheese, crinkle cut pickles, sweet onion, and lettuce. Slathered with Wendy’s savory Side of S’Awesome sauce, this cheeseburger packs smoky, tangy flavor in every juicy, mouthwatering bite.
“The S’Awesome Bacon Classic was created out of our customer’s love for this smoky, tangy sauce,” said Kurt Kane, Wendy’s executive vice president, chief concept and marketing officer.
What’s in the sauce? Company officials say it’s a blend of ranch dressing, barbeque sauce, hot sauce, honey mustard and Worcestershire.
The sauce was originally used to complement the chain’s chicken tenders, but customers were adding S’Awesome to their hamburgers, fries and more, Kane adds.
The burger is priced at $4.99 and available for a limited time at select locations.

Continuing the bacon-fest, Wendy’s is also offering S’Awesome Bacon Fries on their menu. Sea-salt fries topped with warm melted cheese and Applewood smoked bacon pieces. And of course, their new sauce.
