Luke Bryan was met with an unexpected surprise as he kicked off his 2021 Farm Tour at Statz Bros. Farm in Marshall, Wis., on Sept. 9.

Not only did he find himself staring at a life-size, look-alike sculpture of himself...but it was entirely made of bacon.

“It’s fair to say, Luke Bryan was quite impressed seeing himself in delicious, bacon-art form,” according to Farmland.

The sculpture was made of 50 pounds of bacon and stands two feet tall. Farmland presented the bacon bust in celebration of the first of six stops for the concert series. The series was designed as a way of giving back to local farming communities, the company said, with proceeds from the concerts going to agricultural charities and creating scholarships for students from farming families.

The tour then headed off to Brown Farms in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on Sept. 10; then to Chililicothe, Ill, on Sept. 11 at Three Sisters Park; then on to Martin Farms in Kingman, Ind., on Sept. 16; then to Baltimore, Ohio, on Sept. 17 at Miller Family Farms; and concludes on Sept. 18 in Fowlerville, Mich., at Kubiak Family Farms. “Farmland is excited to be an official partner of country singer Luke Bryan’s annual Farm Tour this summer to help ensure the next generation of farmers are equipped for success,” the company said.
