Farm Health Guardian Expands Team to Support Growth in North America
Farm Health Guardian welcomes two new team members to support the company’s growth in digital livestock biosecurity technology. Carlos Ovando has joined the team as technology support representative based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Moises Encalada in the position of customer success content specialist based in Guelph, Ontario. Both roles are integral to supporting Farm Health Guardian’s expansion in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, the company said in a release.

Ovando holds a degree in agricultural engineering from the University of Veracruz in Mexico. He brings extensive experience working with producers across the Midwest to provide training on new technologies and drive adoption, helping them achieve their production goals. Ovando is recognized for his clear communication and problem-solving skills. His role is to build strong client relationships to ensure that customers can maximize the value of Farm Health Guardian technology.

Encalada has an advanced diploma in graphic design from Humber North College. He brings over four years of experience in design and marketing, including expertise in developing e-commerce solutions that improve efficiency and drive sales. Encalada has proven experience in digital and email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and analytics, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance campaigns and boost user engagement. He enjoys working with leading edge hardware and software technology and is fully fluent in Spanish.

NutriQuest Business Solutions Hires Anne Adam as Managing Director
NutriQuest announced Anne Adam as its new managing director for NutriQuest Business Solutions. Anne brings over 20 years of diverse financial and operational leadership, including close to a decade as chief financial officer.

Prior to joining NutriQuest Business Solutions, Adam served as CFO and Head of Human Resources for a multi-entity holding company, where she led financial strategy, HR initiatives, and M&A efforts. She has held senior leadership positions at industry leaders such as JBS USA, Smithfield Foods, Seaboard Foods and RC Family Farms. Her career has been marked by consistent success driving operational efficiency, strengthening financial systems, and managing complex organizational structures.

Adam is a native of Central Missouri, where she has played an integral role in her family’s multi-generational farming operation, which includes hogs, cattle, and row crops. Her hands-on experience across various facets of agriculture has shaped her deep understanding and lifelong passion for rural communities and the farming industry.

She holds an MBA in finance and leadership from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BA in accounting and Spanish from Benedictine College.

Midwest Livestock Systems Promotes Jeff Moseley
Midwest Livestock Systems, LLC (MLS), has promoted Jeff Moseley to swine and poultry division general manager.

Moseley has been with MLS for six years, most recently serving as Branch Manager of the Frankfort, Ind., location, where he excelled in operations, customer service and team development. Before joining MLS, he owned and operated Cohaire Construction Inc., an agricultural construction business. His proven ability to build strong relationships with producers, combined with his expertise in agricultural construction, has made him a trusted resource for both customers and colleagues.

In his new role, Moseley will oversee the strategic direction, operations and growth of MLS’s Swine & Poultry Division. He will work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure customers continue to receive innovative solutions, reliable equipment and dedicated support for their operations, the company said in a release.

TechMix Names Chief Financial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer
TechMix announced Shane Glenn as chief financial officer. In this leadership role, Glenn will oversee financial strategies and help drive continued growth across both TechMix and Immuno-Dynamics. His expertise will be instrumental in supporting both company’s evolving needs as they scale and innovate across global markets—building on the momentum of recent successes and future ambitions, the company said in a release.

Glenn brings over 30 years of experience in finance, investment banking, investor relations, and corporate strategy. He has guided both start-ups and advanced technology companies through pivotal growth phases, securing major investments and building partnerships with some of the world’s most recognized brands. His leadership experience includes CFO roles at NACS, Inc., Azul 3D, and Evolve Additive Solutions, where he mobilized capital, built operational infrastructure, and formed key alliances with companies such as LEGO, Stanley Black & Decker, and DuPont.

TechMix welcomes Colby Mower as chief marketing officer. In this role, Mower will lead the company’s global marketing strategy across both TechMix and its entities, driving brand growth, product positioning and customer engagement, the company said in a release.

Mower brings more than a decade of marketing leadership experience in the agricultural and animal health industries. Most recently, he served as Senior Marketing Manager at Zoetis, where he led the launch of the Dairy Wellness Optix platform and significantly grew the revenue from his portfolio of products. His background also includes roles at BASF, Novozymes, Bader Rutter, and Syngenta, where he developed high-impact brand strategies, executed product launches, and led cross-functional teams across global markets.

He holds a master’s degree in agricultural economics from Purdue University, an MBA from Indiana University, and a bachelor’s degree in agricultural communications from Utah State University.
