We’ll be reporting from the World Pork Expo in Des Moines, providing you with coverage of the industry’s biggest pork event of the year.

Check out the teasers below for what’s ahead each day this week.

Monday:
It’s the first day of #PORKWeek22! Check out our first story in our special Q&A series with economists Scott Brown, Altin Kalo, John Nalivka, Christine McCracken and Nathan Losey in the PORK Daily e-newsletter. AgriTalk’s Davis Michaelsen will tackle the topic of PRRS, while AgDay TV’s Michelle Rook takes a look at pork exports.

Tuesday:
PORK Daily kicks off Tuesday morning with veterinarians sharing their thoughts on key issues producers need to keep their eyes on this year. Find out what AgriTalk has cooking as they welcome a chef to the show to discuss all things pork. AgDay TV will feature a story on the new pork packing plant in Sioux Falls, S.D.

Wednesday:
The pork industry is fortunate to have the support of allied industry leaders like Chelcee Hindman, Rick Thomas, Tony Weldon, Marisa Bettin and Darrell Neuberger helping pig farmers tell their story and make measurable progress on their operations. Read more in a special PORK Daily story. Tune in to AgriTalk for the Farmer Forum with pork producers in the trenches. Rook will share a deeper look at why some barns are empty this summer and what that means for the future of the pork industry.

Thursday:
Our coverage of World Pork Expo continues on PorkBusiness.com. AgriTalk will feature University of Missouri economist Scott Brown and his market outlook. The Q&A series continues on Porkbusiness.com with five pork producers sharing what technology they are most interested in adding to their farm in the next five years. AgDay TV will feature a segment on the hog market outlook.

Friday:
See what’s trending at the World Pork Expo on PorkBusiness.com while PORK Daily shines the light on five outstanding youth who are leaving their mark on the pork industry. Rook is back with a story on pork industry expansion.

Saturday:
U.S. Farm Report will end the week with a look at the state of the pork industry, sustainability goals and an entire show focused on pork-centric storytelling. Host Tyne Morgan will also explore pork demand abroad and see what Erin Borror, USMEF; Dave Newman, a Missouri pork producer, and two economists have to say.
