Since buying Whole Foods Markets last year, Amazon has implemented several new strategies to elbow its way into the food business. The low-hanging fruit was to lower Whole Foods’ prices, a welcome event for customers.

Now, Amazon says it is introducing two-hour delivery of Whole Foods groceries through Prime Now in four markets, with plans to expand across the U.S. this year.

Amazon Prime customers in parts of Austin Cincinnati, Dallas and Virginia Beach, VA., can receive free two-hour delivery through Prime Now with orders over $35 from Whole foods. Amazon says the serevice is available daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and one-hour delivery is available for $7.99.

The free, two-hour delivery is available on thousands of Whole Foods items, including meat, fresh produce, dairy, bakery and floral items. Amazon purchased the 473 Whole Foods stores last year for $13.7 billion.
