ADM has expanded its suite of SINCRO services to enhance the consistency and efficiency of farm animal production in Mexico, Indonesia and across Europe, the company recently announced. SINCRO is a synchronized ecosystem of smart, data-driven solutions and services designed to support farmers and feed professionals with nutritional insight, feed formulation inputs and continuous monitoring with real-time adjustments for responsive operations management and improvement.
Services are delivered by dedicated in-house teams with specialized knowledge across multiple fields, providing expert consulting to farmers and feed professionals, and are supported by digital solutions that can be deployed directly in the field, ADM explains.
“SINCRO offers a comprehensive, science-based, tailored approach to achieve precision nutrition for all species through the different life stages,” Pierre-Joseph Paoli, ADM Animal Nutrition president of growth and commercial excellence, said in a release. “This service enables our customers and farmer partners to remain competitive and productive, giving them the tools they need to anticipate challenges, stabilize variability and support their journey to reach their targets for livestock management and financial success. The suite of services encompasses the entire production process and is organized around three pillars: control, nutrition and performance.
• Control: SINCRO ensures the management of inputs and outputs through appropriate feedstuff sourcing and extensive physical analytical services, as well as providing tools and knowledge for effective quality control of raw materials and finished feeds, the company says. This is supported by technology and digital apps for informed decision-making.
• Nutrition: SINCRO combines a full set of offerings to continuously ensure precise nutrition despite variability. This includes predicting nutritional values, science-based calculations of raw material nutritional values, formulation support, feed specification definitions and feeding programs, the company explains.
• Performance: Aligning efforts and synchronizing data about raw material controls, nutrition, formulation and performance in farms equals performance, ADM says. SINCRO enables real-time monitoring, reaction and adjustment for inconsistencies, with ADM providing the tools and team of experts to analyze data and make precise recommendations to improve results.
