The Alltech ONE Ideas Conference will now take place virtually from June 22 to 24.

According to an Alltech release, the company transitioned to a virtual event in 2020. In an effort to build an even more robust and interactive attendee experience for the 2021 conference, the company said the May 25 launch date will not be possible.

“It has become apparent that the digital technology necessary to support our ambitious goal is not quite ready. We have, therefore, decided to wait to open the virtual doors on ONE until we are able to deliver the outstanding attendee experience that we envision, including networking and additional engagement features,” Alltech said in a release.

Current registrations will be automatically transferred to the new dates. If attendees are unable to join during that particular timeframe, all presentations will be available on demand following the launch, the release said.

“We are grateful to our attendees, our partners and our global team for their ongoing support and flexibility. We look forward to hosting everyone virtually at ONE and fulfilling our promise to deliver a superior event of unmatched value and insights,” Alltech said in the release.

The pig section of the event will feature the folloiwng topics:
Better Nutrition, Safer Pigs with Scott Dee, Berry Kerkaert and Jon De Jong of Pipestone and Russell Gilliam of Alltech
High-Rise Piggeries: The Future of Production with Yu Ping of Sichuan Tianzow Breeding Technology Co.
Litters With Longevity: Optimizing Piglet Nutrition with Dan Bussières of Groupe Cérès Inc.
Smart Barns: Improving Pig Production with Better Tech with Jon Hoek of Summit SmartFarms
