As our company prepares to unveil the second edition of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report, we embark on a transformative journey, committed to sharing our story of resilience as noble stewards in the pork industry. This report serves as a testament to our dedication to addressing the industry's challenges, and outlines our proactive initiatives aimed at creating a positive impact on society, the environment, and the communities we serve.

The second edition of our CSR report highlights our refreshed purpose and core values. We recognize the importance of reevaluating and realigning our objectives to address the evolving needs of our stakeholders and the world at large. This update presents an opportunity to showcase the progress made since the last report while also setting the course for future endeavors.

Reaffirming Our Purpose and Core Values
At the heart of our company's purpose is the commitment to feeding families and building communities for a better future. We recognize that strong communities provide a solid foundation for progress. Our core values act as guiding principles, shaping every decision and action we take and driving our CSR initiatives.

Sustainability lies at the core of our operations, and  we are committed to providing a safe, comfortable environment for our animals while being responsible stewards of our natural resources.
     
  • Service: We strive to exceed customer expectations and positively impact our communities. Service is not just a transaction; it is a profound commitment to bettering lives and supplying a safe, nutritious protein source for consumers.
     
  • Progress: We will improve daily through our dedication to building and implementing knowledge while operating with a disciplined approach. Our thorough evaluations of innovative opportunities ensure we make the best decisions that truly drive sustainability.
