Farrow-to-Finish Margins Hold Steady at $53 Per Head

Compared to the prior week, there was little change in the pork industry margin situation last week. Farrow-to-finish margins were $53.09/head against $51.84/head the previous week with the Lean Carcass Value averaging $90.49 compared to $90.43/cwt. the previous week.

Packer margins averaged $5.51/head last week with an average Pork Cutout of $90.49/cwt., about unchanged from $90.43/cwt. the previous week.
