Bradley Wolter, CEO and president of The Maschhoffs, announced his decision on Aug. 25 to step down from his role in the company. He will pass the torch on to Jay Miller, DVM.
Miller is an experienced industry professional with an extensive background within The Maschhoffs, the company said in a release. His expertise lies in operations management and technical proficiency in animal health, supported by his successful ownership of a business until divesting in 2022. With a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the industry, he is poised to lead The Maschhoffs into the next chapter of growth and innovation, the company said.
Wolter’s unwavering dedication to the team and culture has been evident through efforts in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every individual’s growth and well-being are prioritized, the company added.
