Farm Sense: Livestock and Health

According to new research published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, farm kids will turn into more relaxed, healthier adults than their city slicker counterparts.

German researchers recruited men less than 40 who either grew up petless in a city of more than 100,000 people and those who grew up with livestock.

This study is the subject of AgDay host Clinton Griffiths’ weekly Farm Sense commentary.
