From profitability outlooks to environmental stewardship and from mycoplasma to African swine fever, the 2019 Iowa Pork Congress line-up of seminars is stronger than ever. North America’s largest winter swine trade show and conference is coming to Des Moines this week. A high-profile list of speakers and more than 300 trade show exhibitors will be featured Jan. 23 and 24 at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines.
