Police in Thomasville, N.C., are taking a little bit of ribbing over their photos of a runaway pig, taken into police custody this week.
The arrest happened Thursday morning, around 9:15 a.m., after reports of the pig wandering around a neighborhood in the 100 block of Rodelia Street.
Commenters said the pig looked remorseful for it's actions, while one suggested charging him with "hamicide."
The pot-belly pig is likely a pet, the department said.
