Zinpro Corporation Promotes Matt Douglas to Regional Business Enterprise Leader – North America
Zinpro Corporation, which makes performance trace mineral nutrition for livestock, poultry, aquaculture and companion animals, has announced that Matt Douglas has been promoted to regional business enterprise leader – North America, according to a company release. In his new position, Douglas will be responsible for leading sales in the U.S. and Canada and the North American regional marketing teams to drive success and sales growth across North America.
Douglas joined Zinpro in 2015 as a key account manager for the Americas sales team, in which he was responsible for growing global strategic partnerships. He was then promoted to central district sales manager for North America in 2019. He has also played an integral role in the completion and integration efforts of the company’s acquisition activities, the release says.
“Matt has been key to the growth and success of the Americas sales team since joining the company in 2015,” said Russ Wyllie, vice president sales - Americas, Zinpro Corporation, in the release. “Now, under Matt’s leadership, we will work to intensify our customer focus, enhance our agility, improve internal collaboration and grow sales in North America. Prior to joining Zinpro, Douglas worked in various roles in the animal nutrition division of a large global food and agriculture company. Douglas earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minn.

Landus Cooperative Announces New Vice President of Animal Nutrition
Landus Cooperative has named Chris Robertson its new vice president of animal nutrition, according to a company release. He is responsible for the cooperative’s local feed business, which serves swine integrators and independent livestock producers throughout western Iowa with bulk and bagged feed.
Robertson joins Landus Cooperative with a broad business background, including ingredient procurement and sales, feed mill operations, product marketing and transportation. He most recently oversaw grain origination for 42 million bushels of corn and 330,000 tons of feed annually at Flint Hills Resources, the release states.
“Our team is committed to the continued growth and improvement of our service to local Iowa livestock producers. Under Chris’s leadership we will focus on delivering greater value to customers and opportunities for growth. I am excited by the experience, expertise and energy that Chris brings to our team,” said Mark Cullen, Landus Cooperative’s chief animal nutrition officer in the release.
In addition to overseeing manufacturing, logistics, strategy and capital investment plans for the business, Robertson will also work with Purina livestock specialists delivering packaged feed ingredients and nutritional experience for Landus Cooperative.

Bodak Named Vice President And General Manager For PigTek
Greg Bodak has been named vice president and general manager for PigTek, Victor A. Mancinelli, chairman and chief executive officer for CTB announced in a company release. In his new position, Bodak will oversee all aspects of CTB’s PigTek business unit and be responsible for worldwide growth.
Before joining CTB, Bodak spent more than 20 years in the manufacturing and supply chain industries with an extensive background in sales, product development and operations for global companies, the release said.
